I have lots of pictures to share. I am going to put a slide on my website of all events leading up to the big day. It will be posted under “Memorable Moments”. I am working on it and I cannot wait to share.
My husband and I had so much fun at the wedding. We danced, laughed, and ate too much. Here is a sneak peek at how much fun we had.
Sunday as always was great. As I may have shared, we are starting to attend a new church. We are in our first month and so far so good. People are extremely kind. I think I will really feel a part of things and we are going to be truly blessed with an awesome church family. What does that mean to you? It means a great deal to me, and it was really brought home when my sister was first diagnosed with cancer. I witnessed firsthand the workings of a church family and it left a strong void in my heart that I desired to fill. When you can vanish from a church after years of attending and no one misses you, well I think there are issues ... when no one is there for you during difficult times in your life then I think you need to rethink your place of worship ... when you reach out over the years for help in one way or another and no one is reaching back, I think you may need to pray for God’s guidance. There are so many reasons you may need a church family in your life. Find one today and embrace it. The church we were attending for almost six years was great in so many ways. You could not beat their praise and worship team. The Pastor was right on the Word and has such a heart for missions. I so enjoyed the sermons and grew in my walk because of his wisdom. My son grew a lot during those years. I just felt a void that was only enlarging, and my husband was not growing in relationships. Wonderful, wonderful people and I cannot say enough good about them. We simply needed more and it was time to move on.
I hope you all have a blessed week and look forward to more things coming! God bless you all!!!!
